When you have reviewed the handbook, please fill out the application form below. Fill out one form for each child. The $10 application fee is waived for this Spring 2025 session! Once we receive your application, we will contact you to get more information and/or to set up a tour of the Farm Forest School!

Please note that we not will automatically disqualify any child from enrollment due to exceptionality, disability, educational difference/challenge, or social emotional/behavioral challenges. We will work with you during the application process to ensure Farm Forest School is the right fit for us and your family!
