Farm Guest Guidelines

"Under Tennessee law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location or by this agritourism professional if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. Our Prevention Practices:

• Frequent handwashing with warm water and soap.

• Daily health check‑ins at drop‑off.

• Staying home when sick—children and staff.

• Clear protocols for managing symptoms that arise during the day.

• Tick awareness and prevention during warm seasons.

• Communication that is timely, transparent, and respectful.

• No smoking is permitted in or around farm buildings or animals

• Pets are not allowed on the farm premises

• Service animals are permitted

• Respect our animals by only using farm-approved feed and handling guidelines, as demonstrated by farm staff

• Handwashing is mandatory after handling animals, eggs or animal feed, and/or at the request of staff members
