Forest School Family Orientation 2026-2027

Our Family Orientation on May 16th is a parent‑only, mandatory meeting where we cover essential information about safety, communication, routines, and how to support your child’s success in our forest environment. These topics require your full attention, and some of the material—such as emergency procedures and risk management—is not appropriate or engaging for children. We will also review: essential supplies and gear, dressing for the weather, inclement weather, and parking procedures. There will be time after the meeting is done for further questions and concerns. We will provide a light snack; indicate on the RSVP form if anyone has a food allergy.

If a parent cannot attend, there will be a required make‑up meeting on August 1st. Enrollment cannot begin until at least one parent has completed orientation, as it ensures a safe, smooth, and aligned start for everyone!
