Snowball Turnips

These small (about 1.5 inches in diameter) white turnips are delicious eaten raw in salads or lightly roasted as a side dish. We even sautee the tender greens with a little avocado oil, sea salt, and sprinkle some feta cheese on top for another side! We never use chemical fertilizer or pesticides on our plants, so sometimes you’ll see a bug-eaten part of a leaf! (sold in a bunch of 6 turnips with greens)
