Ingredients: chamomile, peppermint, lemon balm, lavender, passionflower, catnip (yes, catnip!), valerian root

Catnip has the opposite effect on humans versus felines so when added to the other well-known calming, sleep-inducing ingredients listed, you're sure to rest well.
