Celery

Our fresh celery plants are sold in a small bundle of about 6-7 stalks, with edible leaves attached!  We use celery this time of year in just about everything: stuffing/dressing, snacks (with sunflower butter spread on it), Celery Soup, chicken salad, or even grilled celery, served with roasted cashews over rice! Yum!!
