Carrot Cupcakes
What do farmers do with a whole bunch of carrots from the garden? Turn them into Carrot Cupcakes, of course! We use our fresh grated no-spray carrots, organic cane sugar, our fresh eggs, and unbleached King Arthur cake flour. We use a “reverse creaming” method to make our cupcakes beautifully moist! The frosting is a cream cheese buttercream, on which we sprinkle more shredded roasted carrots and organic nutmeg! Comes in a pack of four.
